Remember IDHAB Marine threatening to retire if they sent him to NO? Husband Marine was told today, when he checked into the much fought after job, that not only is he being forced to retire, he's going to have to do so without being promoted! They pulled his promotion warrant. Giggle. Snort! Bwhahahahahahah!
