Back from "new car" shopping
and we now own a 2nd Beemer! Husband traded the truck he'd wanted all of his life in on a pre-owned M3 Convertable. He's been looking for one since he bought my car and yesterday he turned himself into a happy camper (with 2 car payments LOL).
We didn't go to the nursery and I didn't get to stitch at all yesterday :\ We drove to San Diego and he drove the car. The guy was going to let him take it home and bring the truck in today. Husband decided he needed another hour or 2 to make up his mind so we went to lunch in Old Towne San Diego. Then we drove home.
We sat at home for about an hour and talked about this and that, Husband argued with himself for a bit, then came in and argued with me for a bit (like I needed to be convinced he wanted to buy it ;). I just got up, and started walking to the front door and told him to come on and lets go back to San Diego. So we did!
And it rained on us on the way there. He was so disappointed since he wanted to put the top down and go 2 miles per hour in the get-the-heck-out-of-Dodge San Diego commute traffic headed north. We got to Son's school 5 minutes before his class let out to give him a ride home. We ate dinner around 8 last night and then Husand had to play with his CD changer. He set the alarm off on the car twice. Ha, ha, ha, bet the neighbors are soooooo happy.
Today I'm having a GTG! Kate is driving down and when she gets here I'm going to call Becky, she'll call Jill and we'll all meet at Stitcher's Treasures and then go to lunch. It's been forever since I met up with anyone. Can't wait! S.E.X. and Mexican Food...what a great thing.
