I did it. I dropped my paralegal classes last night. BUT... I added an Excel class. It's a work at your own pace course and I'm going to need it! Every job I looked at requires Excel and I don't know flip about it. I'll start those classes next week. This week I'll meet with the instructor to schedule a computer for myself.
This morning it's weird knowing that I don't have to rush around after my workout getting ready for the day. Now I feel like I can concentrate more on me. I still plan on getting up between 5 and 5:30 depending on what my workout is for the day. My new goals are still in my head and not on paper but I need to change that. I guess I'll make an effort right now.
1. Prepare whole foods instead of ready to eat foods for my day.
2. Stitch :)
3. Organize up my office to make it a relaxing environment.
I'm so afraid people will think I'm a quitter. I'm debating on whether to write my professors and let them know what's going on but I really don't want to deal with that right now. I know they'll receive drop slips on me.
Friday I want to go over to the MCCS employment office and see what the new standard is for resumes for government employees. I have career status and am hoping that will help at least get my foot back in the door with fed or NAF.
